Web edition 1.1 · Updated 8 October 2026 · Source: Trowelable-Cork-DECO-FINO-00.pdf. No issue date is stated in the source sheet.
Product information from the existing shop datasheet, with clarification notes where source details are incomplete. Values are source reported; confirm the current product, grade and complete system specification before installation.

DECO 00 FINO is described as a natural cork material without added pigmentation, suitable for spray or trowel application. The source lists decorative finishes, surface levelling, repair of fine cracks and fissures, and preparation before sprayed cork finishes.
For interiors, the source describes use as an insulating base coat on cold walls before skim plastering, and potential thermal and acoustic contributions. Performance depends on the build-up, thickness, preparation and building conditions.
Packaging: 12 kg sealed buckets, approximately 21 litres, containing manually sealed plastic bags.
Remove from the packaging and mix thoroughly, adding approximately 300 ml of clean water to achieve the required consistency, as described by the source.
Apply with a CP19 spray gun or steel trowel. Substrates must be sound, dry, clean and, where mould is present, sanitised. Rectify loose material, contamination and defects before coating.
Define application thickness, method and finishing build-up in the project specification. Assess substrate compatibility, moisture risk, vapour movement, occupancy and ventilation before installation.
Source-reported values and test references. Underlying test reports have not been verified for this web edition.

Moisture: the source states that this is not a standalone damp-proofing or waterproofing system. Address rising or penetrating damp, leaks, defective fabric, thermal bridges and ventilation issues before or alongside installation.
Storage: protect from sun and frost; the source also lists −5°C to +40°C, which conflicts with the frost instruction and needs clarification. The source recommends a maximum storage period of 12 months from manufacture.
Retrofit: the source does not claim that the product itself is PAS 2035 certified. Project assessment, design, moisture management, ventilation and installer competence remain matters for the project team.
Asbestos: the original PDF includes claims about asbestos encapsulation, SEM work and accreditation, with an unresolved citation. The supporting reports, exact product grade and application scope have not been established here. Do not treat that appendix as verified product certification; specialist assessment and supporting evidence are required.
Fire and acoustics: obtain applicable test reports and classification before specification. The dB figure does not define a verified sound-reduction rating or dynamic stiffness.
Safety: consult the current SDS and task risk assessment for PPE; the original disposable-mask wording is not a complete respiratory protection specification. Clean tools with water and dispose of waste appropriately.

Manufacturer management systems. Decoproyec displays this RINA mark for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, together with CISQ and IQNet references. These relate to the manufacturer’s management systems, rather than a performance certification for this individual product.
The current certificate numbers, editions, scope and expiry dates were not supplied on the technical page checked. View manufacturer source.
Product evidence: Test-method references and reported values remain in the technical matrix above. A named laboratory, report number or current product certificate is included only where a source establishes it. Manufacturer management-system references do not extend coating test results to another product or grade.
Documents for specification: Request the current product declaration, applicable certificates and full test reports, including report numbers, issue dates, grade, substrate, thickness and expiry where relevant. Ask ECOPROCORK for supporting technical documents.
