ECOPROCORK® · Exterior refurbishment
Give your exterior a considered new finish.
Cracked or tired render needs more than a fresh colour. Start with the condition of the wall, then explore a cork-based finish as part of a suitable repair and refurbishment specification.
First, find out why it has cracked.
Cracks can have different causes. Establish whether the existing render is sound, whether water is entering, and whether movement or failed adhesion needs specialist attention.
Loose or defective material and underlying faults must be dealt with before applying a coating. Ask an applicator to explain the preparation and repairs included in the quotation.

Choose the next step for your wall.

Confirm the cause and repair specification. A coating should not be used to disguise unresolved structural movement or defective render.
Ask about assessment →Planning insulation too?
Compare a decorative coating with a deeper external insulation build-up. Agree the thermal requirements and complete system.

Common questions.
Can cork coating go over existing render?
Only where the substrate and proposed build-up are suitable. The wall must be assessed, with defects and incompatible or loose layers addressed before installation.
Will a coating fix structural cracks?
No coating should be specified as a substitute for diagnosing and repairing structural movement. Seek appropriate assessment where cracks suggest a deeper issue.
Can I choose the colour?
Explore the available colour chart, then confirm the actual sample, product grade and finish with your applicator. Screen images are a guide to appearance rather than an exact colour match.
How do I buy the right materials?
Agree the assessed surface, preparation and full build-up first. Then check quantities, current availability and the applicable technical datasheets before ordering.
