Solutions / Integrated product solutions

One project.
The right products together.

Start with the surface and the improvement you need. Explore the roles of cork finishes, preparation products, waterproofing membranes, insulation boards and application equipment within a specified solution.

Completed ECOPROCORK exterior
Good preparation, compatible materials and careful installation work together.

Solution / slics

Exterior refurbishment · SLICS™

Prepare and repair the assessed wall, then apply the specified sprayed cork finish. Use the appropriate primer only where the substrate and system require it.

Survey and prepare the façade; resolve defects before covering them.
Repair fine fissures or level suitable areas with DECO 00 FINO where specified.
Apply DECOUNION XL only if required for the assessed substrate and coating build-up.
Apply the selected sprayed cork grade, colour and finish as specified.

Solution / tlics

Cold internal walls · TLICS™

Use DECO 00 FINO within a specified internal build-up to improve cold wall surfaces. Combine the work with moisture assessment, suitable ventilation, heating and necessary repairs.

Investigate condensation, cold surfaces and recurring black mould; deal with leaks and defects.
Treat existing mould appropriately and prepare sound internal walls.
Apply the specified DECO 00 FINO cork base, with thickness and drying agreed for the job.
Complete the compatible plaster or decorative finish and maintain the ventilation and heating strategy.

Solution / internal-finishes

Interior comfort & decorative finishes

Choose an internal coating or cork base appropriate to the improvement you need. Paint and a thicker TLICS™ base have different roles; confirm the finishing system rather than treating them as interchangeable.

Choose whether the project needs a decorative cork paint or a specified internal insulation build-up.
Prepare and assess the existing coating and substrate.
Use DECOCORK only where the proposed preparation and finish are compatible.

Solution / slics-r

Roof & terrace refurbishment · SLICS-R™

Assess the roof and detail the waterproofing system before applying the specified membrane and compatible cork layers. Confirm traffic and slip-resistance requirements separately.

Assess the roof, drainage, substrate and expected use, including specialist assessment for asbestos-cement roofs.
Specify repairs, primers, reinforcement and details at joints, edges and penetrations.
Use DECOIMPER where it is the specified waterproofing membrane; observe the complete application and curing requirements.
Add compatible cork layers and protection as specified. Confirm traffic and slip resistance separately.

Solution / etics

Planned cork-board insulation · ETICS

Develop a coordinated design using the exact board, adhesive, reinforcement, fixings and finish. The ECOPROCORK ETICS offer is coming soon; register interest while availability and the specification are confirmed.

Register interest: the ECOPROCORK cork-board ETICS system is in development.
Specify the exact board and thickness with the building’s thermal and moisture strategy.
Coordinate DECOPROCAL with the approved board, fixings, reinforcement and detailing.
Confirm the compatible finish and complete system documentation before installation.

Solution / equipment

Professional preparation & application

Match mixing, air supply, gun or machine and masking accessories to the selected material and project. Training and a consistent application method help turn the specification into a well-finished job.

Select the material and application method first.
Match mixer, gun or machine, compressor and nozzle to that material.
Use suitable masking accessories and plan access, protection and cleaning.
Build practical skills through applicator training and follow the supplied instructions.

Choose with the whole project in view.

These routes explain the materials’ roles. The final build-up depends on the assessed substrate, moisture conditions, exposure and use. Confirm quantities and compatibility with ECOPROCORK before ordering.
