ECOPROCORK® · TECHNOLOGY & QUALITY
High-quality cork solutions start with the right product and come to life through a considered specification, capable application and attention to detail.
From exposed coastal homes to boat interiors, ECOPROCORK brings products, equipment, training and technical information together—helping you move from an idea to a finish you can feel confident choosing.

Cork granules, binders, preparation products and application technique each have a job to do. Our system approach considers how those elements work together on your surface, for your environment and the finish you want.
Explore SLICS™ sprayed layered cork, TLICS™ trowel-applied cork and coordinated cork-board insulation. Match the build-up to the building or vessel.
Plan preparation, compatible primers, specified cork thickness and details around openings, joints and services. A good finish begins before the first coat.
Connect product choice with suitable spray equipment and practical Academy training. Discuss your project with an applicator and agree the specification before work begins.
A considered cork-based exterior solution for salt-laden air, exposed frontages and coastal refurbishment. Bring protection, appearance and maintenance into one project conversation.
Internal cork insulation for boats and narrowboats. Continuous spray-applied coverage follows accessible curves and framing while preserving valuable fit-out space.
Explore DECOPROYEC sprayed cork for a specified SLICS build-up.
Explore DECO 00 FINO for specified internal cork finishes.
Bring the right cork product, spray equipment and practical skills together. Choose your setup, learn effective application at the ECOPROCORK Academy and take that knowledge into your next project.
The spray-applied cork material at the heart of the SLICS approach. Explore colours, pack information and product details.
Explore the spray gun, hopper and nozzles, then discuss a compatible compressor and complete setup for your selected cork grade.
Explore the professional spray cork starter kit and discuss your equipment needs with us. The complete starter kit is currently listed as coming soon. Individual product availability is shown in the shop.
Get hands-on with preparation, mixing, equipment setup and controlled spray application. Bring your boat, narrowboat or property project to the training discussion so the application route matches your plans.
Agree substrate preparation, product compatibility and the complete build-up for each project before application.

| Property | Evidence | Application and scope |
|---|---|---|
| Salt-spray testing | AIDICO IT130117: 1,000 hours of neutral salt spray under UNE-EN ISO 9227:2006. Tested cork-coated fibreglass specimens showed no visible change or observed adhesion defect. | Read the report and tested specimen scope. Historical specimen evidence; it does not establish a service life, universal corrosion protection or immersion suitability. |
| Reaction to fire | AITEX 2024AN1825: C-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1:2018 for the documented sprayed-cork specimen and mounting. | Open classification and reports. This is not non-combustibility, a fire-resistance duration or marine approval; do not transfer it to other grades or complete linings. |
| Adhesion and weathering | AIDICO IE134173 records testing on prepared specimens, including concrete adhesion and accelerated exposure. | Review results, substrates and scope. Confirm adhesion and compatibility on the actual surface. |
| Thermal design | Archived sprayed-cork datasheet: 0.050 W/(m·K). Historical AITEX laboratory mean: 0.0588 W/(m·K). The thermal annex has a thickness/resistance discrepancy. | Obtain current grade-specific design data and clarification before calculations. A thin coating does not establish a complete wall or vessel U-value. |
| Moisture and acoustic behaviour | Product datasheets record material properties; installed outcomes depend on the full construction. | Coordinate insulation, ventilation, heating and moisture control. No guaranteed condensation outcome or vessel-specific sound-reduction figure is asserted. |
AIDICO and AITEX · laboratory evidence. Use the report reference and test scope to understand the particular material result.
RINA · ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 · CISQ / IQNet references. These are manufacturer-displayed management-system references. Current certificate scope and expiry require confirmation; they are distinct from individual product or installed-system approval.
CE / EN 1504-2 source reference. The historical manufacturer source must be matched to a current grade-specific Declaration of Performance and intended use.
ENAC and association references. Accreditation-body references and memberships describe different roles. They do not, by themselves, approve every ECOPROCORK installation.
