It is particularly effective as a waterproofing pre-treatment for old, weathered, chalky, or porous nature. It can be used on various construction substrates, including concrete, cement, steel, plaster, plasterboard, renders, pebble dash, and MDF. This treatment enhances the anchoring capacity of the substrate and stabilises its adherence, preparing it for applying the sprayed cork coating.
