Buy spray cork for a specified finish

Decoproyec sprayed cork is supplied in a 12 kg pack, with colour and grain choices shown in the product options. Natural cork granules and an acrylic binder form a textured finish for suitable prepared interior and exterior surfaces.

Choose the right finish

First, choose the colour and grade for the proposed work. Screen colours are approximate, so check a physical sample or colour chart when appearance matters. Grain sizes and equipment settings depend on the selected grade; one setting does not describe every option.

Estimate the quantity

Indicative consumption is 2 kg/m² across three coats, giving approximately 6 m² per 12 kg pack at that rate. However, surface condition, preparation and application affect consumption. Allow for wastage and confirm the specified thickness and quantity before ordering.

Prepare, apply and check

Assess the substrate, cracks and any moisture problem before coating. Then carry out the required repairs and compatible preparation. Follow the current product instructions for mixing, nozzle and pressure selection, coat build-up and drying.

A wall coating alone is not a roof waterproofing system. Roof work needs the complete supported build-up, including the required membrane and details. Similarly, a thin coating does not establish a whole-wall U-value or a promised energy-saving percentage.
